To achieve our strategic objectives, we focus our work around four core areas:
- CONVENE AND CONNECT: Inspire functions as a convening hub that creates opportunities for its members and partners worldwide to meet, share ideas, learn, strategize, network and provoke conversations that matter.
- DISSEMINATE INFORMATION AND INTELLIGENCE: Inspire acts as focal point for sharing intelligence and disseminating key information on SRHR related to development cooperation and global policies among European advocates and the broader SRHR community.
- BUILD SKILLS AND CAPACITY: Inspire facilitates collective learning, strategic thinking and knowledge-sharing among its members and partners.
- MOBILIZE ACTION: Inspire mobilizes its members to build alliances with relevant partners on specific issues and engaging in key debates affecting the sexual and reproductive lives of all.
Our Theory of change
In the spring of 2019, Inspire developed its first Theory of Change. It contains a narrative part (summarised here) and a visual representation of why and how Inspire carries out its work.
