Marie Dubost, Lead

Marie heads the Inspire secretariat and is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of the network, ensuring a successful implementation of its strategy and workplan. Before joining in May 2018, she coordinated and managed for 7 years an European initiative, building capacity and developing quality in social service providers. She worked there to ensure that a human rights-based approach is used in social inclusion services, specifically those for persons with disabilities. Marie has an educational background in non-profit association management, project management and impact assessment. A French national, she is fluent in English and French, and has a working knowledge of Spanish.

Leila Lohman, Policy Officer

Leila joined Inspire in January 2019 as Policy Officer. Prior to joining Inspire Leila held advocacy, project & event management roles with various international organisations and NGOs such as the UNHCR and the Organisation for Refuge, Asylum & Migration. Leila is current co-secretary/board member of the European Lesbian* Conference. She holds a BA in International Relations (Geneva University) and an MA in Human Rights Studies from Columbia University (USA). A Swiss national, she is fluent in French, English and has working knowledge of Dutch and German.

Lucrezia Vittori, Communications Intern

Lucrezia joined the Inspire team in March 2019 as a Communications Intern. Before joining Inspire, she completed a MA in International Journalism at Cardiff University with specialisation in Documentary Filmmaking and a BA in Sociology with Social Psychology at the University of York. Throughout her studies, Lucrezia produced articles and short videos focused on Gender, Sexuality and Reproductive Health rights. An Italian national, she is fluent in English/Italian and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
