Update on the 2018 Conference

Join us at the 2018 EuroNGOs Conference and discover how to engage with other human rights groups to bring reproductive justice! We are currently working on an inspiring and action-packed programme – you can read here about the latest updates.

As every year, the conference will last two days combining a wide range of topics, diverse line-up of speakers as well as a variety of sessions formats: plenary debates, smaller panels for in-depth discussions and interactive workshops. During the reception in the evening of the first day you will have a chance to meet your colleagues from around the world as well as network and make friends with the conference newbies.

Among confirmed organisations and movements who will get you challenged and inspired, we are happy to announce:

Action for Global Health

European Disability Forum

European Network of Migrant Women

European Women’s Lobby

It’s shaping up to be an exciting and diverse programme!

How can I travel to Ghent?

Ghent is in the northern Flemish region of Belgium. The small but charming city has a lot to offer for short stay visitors. Whether arriving by car, train or plane, you can find all the details on the most convenient routes here, depending on which is most applicable to you.

Where can I book accommodation during my stay?

Ghent has various types of accommodation options to offer, however, we currently have a blocked number of rooms at The Ghent Marriott hotel in which participants are free to book on the accommodation section of the registration. There will be a link provided to you that will direct you to the booking process, and from here you can secure your room at The Ghent Marriott Hotel. We would encourage participants to stay here.
